We are proud to announce the launch of our new website bringing together everything you need to know about netball across the Yorkshire Region.
Yorkshire Netball is one of 9 national regions, made up of volunteers who run and officiate competitions and leagues for U14’s, U16s and Seniors as well as holding local rounds of the National Schools Competition.
Operating under the guidance of England Netball, we work closely with our County colleagues in North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Humberside respectively. Together we work hard to support the 100+ affiliated netball clubs across Yorkshire – so there is definitely a club here in Yorkshire for you!
We work in partnership with Leeds Rhinos Netball who are the Superleague franchise operator for the Yorkshire region on a range of netball matters including coach development.
In terms of performance netball, Leeds Rhinos are responsible for developing the Superleague and England Roses players of the future and operate the performance pathway for U21, U19, U17 athletes. Leeds Rhinos work alongside and support the 4 Yorkshire Counties in developing the U15 netball talent in the Yorkshire.
